SHIPPING POLICY

We ship out products a day after it is ordered because we make fresh batches for each customer, and the estimated delivery time is 2-3 days depending on the shipping carrier (USPS). Please kindly note that we do not offer express shipping except First-Class Mail ( estimated: 2-5 days) & Priority Mail (estimated: 1-3 days).

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not offer returns or replacements because all items are shipped out in good condition protected with bubble wrap inside the shipping box. Once shipped out, the items are not in our possession so therefore any stolen or lost packages must be reported to the USPS by filing a claim.
